In our mission to create excellent customer experiences, we always strive to continually improve our products and solutions. And that’s why we would like to inform you about an upcoming update for Qmatic Web Booking platform that will further improve its capabilities.
When will the update take place? The update is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, starting at 20:00 CET and will take approximately 90 minutes.
Will this affect my current setup? The Qmatic Web Booking platform will be temporarily unavailable during the update window. This means that all operations related to online appointments will be paused.
Tip: Set up a maintenance page on your own organization's website during the update.
