In our mission to create excellent customer experiences, we always strive to continually improve our products and solutions. And that’s why we would like to inform you about an upcoming update for Qmatic Web Booking platform that will further improve its capabilities.

When will the update take place?
The update is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, starting at 4 AM EST (1 AM PST) and will take approximately 90 minutes.

Will this affect my current setup?
The Qmatic Web Booking platform will be temporarily unavailable during the update window. This means that all operations related to online appointments will be paused.

Tip: Set up a maintenance page on your own organization's website during the update.

What is included in this update?
The following list does not contain all items, but a selection of relevant items regarding the update:
Update Tomcat to TomEE 10.2.0 / Tomcat 10.1.57
Update library log4j and other libraries to latest version
Some security improvements - removed unused /book endpoint, email/phone confirmation etc.
Now also possible to define branches only available for preselection (like services)
